Your role:
you will be responsible to manage the failure elimination process in any kind of deviations from the specified products and/or services from INEOS Automotive.
Not meeting the internal and external Quality KPIs will initiate the issue management and you will manage to fix them cross-functional and support and drive with adequate problem solving methods The job holder will also be a problem-solving trainer for Quality, Operations, After Sales, Engineering, Supplier Quality).Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Manage the issue management in relevant (according to Q-targets) deviations from specified products and services
- Provide and support all business units with necessary problem solving methods (e.g. Six Sigma, Delta Lyze)
- Be a multiplicator/ trainer for problem solving methods for all business units at Ineos Automotive (e.g. Operations, Engineering, Logistics, Supplier Quality, After Sales)
- Drive failure elimination process until proof of efficiency of the defined measure
- Manage and ensure the lessons learned process
What we are looking for:
- Technical degree in engineering or similar studies
- Experience in Quality Management and in Automotive Industry
- Professional experience in the field of problem solving and failure elimination process
- Professional experience in the field of complex problem solving methods (e.g. Six Sigma, DOE, 8D,)
- Ability to identify technical contexts
- Ability to create suitable problem solving methods for Ineos Automotive
- High empathy and very good communication skill, motivation skill and enthusiastic capacity ability to adapt to diverse people and situations
- Good analytical thinking
- Pragmatism and a good understanding of lean principals
- Very good English skills
- Good MS-Office knowledge
- Willingness to travel for business trips
