YOUR ROLE:


  • Actively consult Business Units/Functions on processes, systems and services
  • Validate and prioritize demands and assess business benefits and IT complexity within the assigned area of responsibility
  • Take necessary actions to define, steer and operate the solution portfolio in his/her domain Govern Henkel's process and systems standards within the domain (incl. compliance to corporate standards, IT standards)
  • Steer process optimization and/or IT projects e2e (Analyse & Design, Build, Test, Implement, Operate)
  • Ensure Talent management, succession planning and further people leadership duties
  • Direct team members to achieve goals
  • Support the commercial matters within his domain with support of the commercial units
  • Support and align new developments cross processes, cross Business/F units and cross dx operating model
  • Execute close collaboration and further alignment

YOUR SKILLS:


  • Master's degree in Business, IT or Intercompany Finance
  • 10+ years of relevant project management and implementation experiences in a multinational and complex
environment

  • Demonstrated ability to define and lead transformational initiatives in a multistakeholder global environment collaborating across all levels of an organization
  • Excellent analytical skills paired with an ability to build crossdisciplinary teams incl. external partners and manage in a complex setting
  • Excellent English language skills
  • We are looking for an individual who can be both strategic and analytical, has strong project management skills, data affinity and is passionate about driving change and challenging the status quo
