- You are responsible for defining the product purpose and the future portfolio strategy.
- You manage the product portfolio to ensure it's relevant, complete, competitive and profitable.
- You are responsible for the management of our product lifecycle strategy.
- You keep flavour collections updated by identifying non-performing products and recommending actions and deletion.
- You will become the expert for assigned products and technologies, market-trends and consumer needs.
- You hold a Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Food Technology or other relevant subjects.
- You gained experience in portfolio or product management, ideally in the Flavor & Fragrance or alternatively in the Food & Beverage industry. Strong knowledge of Vanilla would be a plus.
- You have a solid understanding of portfolio management and marketing methods and tools.
- You have technical knowledge about the products, the market and customer knowledge.
- You have excellent communication skills combined with good presentation and project management skills.
- You are a fluent business english speaker and ideally have good command of another major language.
