Responsibilities:


As a member of the STRATO Customer Service Team Netherlands, you are more than just the proverbial "Telephone Order Processing Agent" - instead you help our Dutch customers to solve problems and build successful websites and in doing so create an unbeatably positive service experience.


  • Your work begins with several weeks of training and onboarding. Detailed product training gives you the tools you need as a STRATO Expert to resolve the concerns of our Dutch customers at the very first contact.
  • You assist our customers with technical support, answer questions about contracts and billing, and provide advice on the portfolio of STRATO products.
  • Through direct contact with our customers, you collect valuable input for our developers as a vital contribution to the optimization and evolution of our products and processes.

What you should bring to the table:

  • Customer focus is front and center in everything you do: You are unfailingly friendly and courteous and never become impatient, no matter how busy your schedule becomes.
  • You are interested in technical topics and ideally possess basic knowledge of web hosting.
  • You enjoy communication. Nativelevel Dutch. Good written and spoken German is welcome, but not a must
  • Computer work does not present you with any significant challenges
