Your Responsibility:

We are looking for a working student who is fluent in German and good at English.

Do not worry if you do not have any HR experience we value your personality and willingness to learn new things and grow from it.

This position is all about our employees:

• You will support the creation and management of all employee documents;
• You will help to create onboarding plans for new employees across Europe;
• You take care of absence management independently;
• You will independently take on tasks in applicant management;
• You support with the planning and implementation of internal events.

Who Are You:

You have a lot of positive energy and bring fresh ideas. In addition, you are studying at a university or a technical college to get your bachelor's or master's degree.

• You are studying at a university or university of applied sciences to complete your Bachelor's or Master's degree
• You speak fluent German and good English;
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• You are proactive, goaloriented, responsible and willing to learn new things;
• You are available for at least 6 months.
