Your tasks in a nutshell
- Management and personal development of an existing team of engineers
- Hiring: expand our team by hiring across all engineeringrelated functions
- Mentor engineers, design career pathways and help them grow along these pathways
- Improve engineering processes to help the team develop high quality software
- Advocate for engineering best practices within the team
Your profile
- Prowess hiring and developing great engineers
- Comfort reviewing code and making architectural decisions
- At least 2 years of experience managing 10 or more people
- Passionate about helping development teams achieve their full potential and supporting developers on their career path
