We are looking for a new colleague to join our Product Strategy & Planning and Reporting Team in Product & Purchasing, a global platform department which works across TUI's source markets.

The team's aim is to create a common accommodation portfolio based on the local market and customer requirements, whilst facilitating profit optimisation across markets on a group level, to improve TUI's competitive situation overall.

Product Strategy & Planning and Reporting sit in the heart of this team, working with the destination product teams to successfully develop product lines, supporting all planning processes and systems, providing reporting to enable effective decision making and taking an umbrella view of the activity required to drive our strategy forward.

As Markets Product Executive for Planning & Reporting in this team you will provide support and insights to the team at a global level.

ABOUT THE JOB

As Markets Product Executive for Planning & Reporting, you will support the Product Managers to shape and deliver the accommodation strategy for a range of destinations and products.

Working closely with the Product Managers you will develop an understanding of the role of central product so that you can identify gaps in our reporting and proactively improve the reports and support offered

You will provide the Product Manager with the information required to formulate an accurate product plan that will deliver an outstanding commercial and customer performance.

As part of the Planning & Reporting team, you will provide the reports that the central product team need to complete their planning and tracking of the destination programmes.

You will ensure that the main product reports are updated as scheduled.

When the product team enters a new planning phase you will ensure that the suite of reports are available for the relevant planning period by creating them using the format from the previous season as the base.

As we work towards one set of IT systems across TUI you will provide support by getting data from different legacy systems and merging it together in a central view which is user friendly for the product managers.

You will support with adhoc request for data and reporting from the product team as required.

You will work closely with members of the Markets Product Team, providing insight and support as required to ensure that a profitable product plan is delivered.

A team player who can build strong cross team/divisional/cross market relationships with colleagues
Excellent communicator, fluent English (written and spoken) is a must have
Highly organised with a flexible approach to working within a fast changing, fast moving international environment
Displays a 'can-do' attitude with a passion for learning
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
Strong initiative with ability to deliver both working on own and in a team
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Comfortable with analysing multiple data sources and confident with using numbers.
Customer focused mindset, means you understand customer needs, both internal and external
