Become a part of our international Operations team at one of our locations in Hamburg, Germany. For the next possible date we are looking for you in fulltime (40h/week) as Project Coordinator - Wind Energy (M/F/d)

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Handling and managing Wind components and project shipments, incl. full operational (technical) and cost control / profitability (commercial) aspects
Serving as a point of contact for clients, partners, and other offices for any project operationsrelated issues
Shipping all kind of cargo, mainly outofgauge and heavy lift cargo across the globe
Creating high addedvalue technical and commercial proposals
Supporting sales team in writing up offers and proposals to clients
Coordinating and negotiating with subcontractors, sourcing competitive rates from potential subcontractors
Actively create and maintain project document sets
Assist to create and implement processes necessary for the project success
Enhance the PMO standards, processes, and necessary documentation
Calculating and monitoring project profits
Supporting management (local and regional) in reporting, etc.

What you can contribute:

Experience in the field of freight forwarding and in the freight forwarding industry preferably wind related
Work experience in the freight forwarding industry preferably wind related
Proven track record of successfully executed logistics operations, coordination and management
Familiarization with current software packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel
Good organizational skills, customerfocused with attention to detail
Excellent communications skills (crossfunctional and crosscultural)
Able to communicate in German and English, both written and verbal
