Your mission:

As a Specialist Order Management, you are responsible for processing the orders within UGG to drive the demand process in cooperation with procurement and the BU's.

by using SAP.

Contact person to UGG Business units, procurement and TGS
Creating shopping carts (general, calloff and nonMCT)
Setting goods received
Tracking of contracts in SAP and proactive communication to BU ́s
Supporting of Procurement + Vendor management with reports
Tracking budgets and consumption in SAP contracts
Assuring availability of contracts
Delivering reports for strategic decisions

Your profile:

Commercial education/diploma
Minimum 2 years of work experience
SAP / SRM (very good knowledge of SAP SRM)
MS Office (good overall skills required)
Strong communication skills and service orientation
Highly organized (ability to multitask)
Independent, structured, goal

- and solution-oriented way of working (can-do-mentality)

Analytic and agile mindset, a high level of commitment and team spirit and a friendly and hospitality attitude
Fluent Business English and German, Spanish is a plus
