In order to support the End to End Electrical Transformation department, Airbus Operations is looking for a

Working Student within Electrical Transformation (d/f/m):

The Product Service Line (PSL) A/C and Electrical System and the Large Solution (LS) System Installation are established to develop and support the Electrical Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) solutions in the context of all A/C programs in close collaboration with the entire Airbus Group.

The Process, Methods and Tools context is end to end from offer to engineering to manufacturing engineering to shop floor and customer services.

Your location:

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

- refine electrical system functional needs in software requirements
- ensure and build minimum viable products for electrical perimeter
- develop and maintain software and components taking into account their performance
- build and design the hardware and software architecture solutions
- secure up do date documentation
- analyse technical problems and propose solutions
- define automated tests and DevOps solutions
- assemble and edit source code repositories to develop a software stack for the product needs
- develops design specifications and parameters that are in compliance with products' architectural blueprints
- participates in all phases of product development lifecycle, from the analysis, design over test and integration to operation of products
- defines the test strategy, scripts, scenarios and monitors test execution
- researches, evaluates, and develops new tools to improve product development efficiency

Desired skills and qualifications:

Enrolled fulltime student (d/f/m) within computer science, electronics or related disciplines.

- development of embedded real time software with state of the art technologies

First experience in front and back end development
Fluent in English
Experience in scripting
Familiarity with electrical software landscape
Familiarity with cybersecurity requirements
COther skills
Adaptive communication with diverse audiences and profiles
Negotiation level of English required. French, German or Spanish are a plus
