How you will create an impact:

  • You will be responsible for facilitating code reviews and actively participating in pair programming sessions on a daily basis.
  • Taking charge of designing the system architecture along with its components will fall under your responsibility.
  • Evaluating the technical feasibility will be essential.
  • Your responsibility entails providing both highlevel and lowlevel estimations.
  • You will need to maintain a clear vision of the team's technical stack and assist the team in adopting new technologies when necessary.
  • Your role will involve conducting R&D and POCs to make sure the team is using the latest effective technologies.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring engagement, delivering quality work, and promoting optimal performance for every team member.
  • Your responsibility will also include Measure progress and velocity and manage risks and issues.
  • Team development, coaching and mentoring while holding teams accountable for their commitments, and removing roadblocks to their work will round up your profile.

About you:


  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Your professional journey boasts minimum 10 years of professional software engineering experience.
  • You excel in overseeing multiple project teams simultaneously.
  • You possess strong interpersonal, communication and team building skills together with timemanagement, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Your skill set includes deep understanding and good experience with software architecture and design principles.
  • Deep understanding of clean code and best practices, as well as Cloud Native architectures and technologies round up your profile.
  • Updated with the latest industry trends.
  • Your skillset includes the ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a team environment.
  • You are fluent in English (proficiency in additional languages, especially German, is a major advantage).
  • You are passionate about innovation and committed to continuous learning.
