» Your key skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or a related field, alternatively several years of working experience.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • A natural leader: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Master communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problemsolving skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities to conquer challenges headon.
  • Techsavvy: Proficiency in using CRM, MS Office (especially Excel) and sales management software to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
  • Thrive under pressure: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Global mindset: Willingness to travel as needed to connect with our worldwide teams and customers.
