Your tasks


As a Sales Representative (M/F/d) at our healthcare startup, you play a vital role in driving our growth and success.

You are responsible for initiating and maintaining meaningful connections with prospective customers, leveraging various strategies such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Your ultimate goal is to generate turnover (MRR) and contribute to the expansion of your assigned region.

  • Initiate contact: You will proactively reach out to potential customers, utilizing your persuasive skills to engage them in conversations about our products and services.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline: By consistently identifying and qualifying leads, you will create a strong pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Working closely with our marketing and product development teams, you will ensure a seamless customer acquisition process and provide valuable feedback to enhance our offerings.
  • Upsell and crosssell: Identifying opportunities to upsell and crosssell additional products or services to existing customers will be an essential part of your role, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Sales metrics and analysis: You will diligently track and analyze sales metrics, including conversion rates, win/loss ratios, and revenue forecasts, using the data to inform strategic decisionmaking.
  • Continuous improvement: You will actively identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize sales performance, always striving for excellence.

Requirements:


  • Understanding of medical professionals' needs: You possess a solid understanding of the needs of medical professionals and the processes within medical practices and labs, enabling you to effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
  • Sales talent and resilience: With your sales talent, rhetorical strength, and ability to maintain composure and a charming smile even in stressful situations, you can overcome challenges and objections.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills: Your strong interpersonal and communication skills enable you to build rapport, establish trust, and convince even the most skeptical individuals.
  • Achieving sales targets: You have a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas, demonstrating your ability to drive results.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive: You possess a selfmotivated, proactive, and resultsoriented mindset, constantly seeking opportunities to excel and contribute to the company's success.
  • Effective negotiation skills: You are skilled at negotiating contract terms, pricing, and other conditions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements to close deals.
  • Onsite visits and travel: You are willing to travel within your target region (approximately 80% of the time), conducting onsite visits with customers. A valid driver's license is required.
  • Established network: Your existing network of clients in the healthcare industry gives you a head start in building relationships and generating business opportunities.
  • Hunter mentality: Possessing a hunter mentality, you proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, consistently striving to expand our customer base.
  • You speak German at a native level and have a good command of English.
