ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Main responsibilities:

Support the use and maintain our new ERP system & digital landscape
Ensure the correct use of our CRM tool 'Salesforce'
Ensure the correct use and maintain our Planning & Controlling tool 'Replicon Polaris' and 'Personio'
Controlling tasks for proposals and projects
Create Power-BI based company reporting

- general administrative tasks to support the finance team

ABOUT YOU:

You speak and write English fluently.
You are currently enrolled in an university and are based in Berlin.
You are advanced in your bachelor studies or higher maybe you even study Business Administration or an IT curriculum.
You have knowledge about company controlling.
You have a high affinity to software in general.
You are super familiar with Power BI.
You love data and acknowledge the power of visualization.
You understand how to convert company processes into useful data analytics.
You have basic understanding of project management.
You know how to communicate with various stakeholders from different domains.
