You are a passionate leader and excited to work on conceptual and strategic approaches in a dynamic working environment? HUGO BOSS is looking for a team lead to manage the indirect procurement function.

What you can expect:

Overall Responsible for the strategic indirect procurement with a team of 13 Commodity Managers.
Oversee the sourcing activities in all indirect commodities with an annual procurement volume of ~300 Mio € p.a.
You are supporting your team in sourcing activities and drive optimization projects for all indirect commodities
The coaching and development of your employees is a cornerstone of this role
Ensure of the achievement of KPIs (Savings, Supplier Performance and Spend Coverage)
Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders in a trustful manner initiating and leading groupwide strategic projects
Integral part of this role is the development of sourcing strategies, the continuous enhancement of methods and tools as well as a proficient supplier management

Your profile:

BS College Degree preferred or equivalent experience
Ideally first experience in leading teams
Agile Mindset and leadership philosophy
Handson mentality combined with profound project management skills
Fluent in English & German
Experience in eSourcing and Procure2Pay Systems, as well as SAP, Advance user in MS Excel & PowerPoint
Independent, selfmotivated, detailoriented, entrepreneurial
