In Dresden, Germany, we are continuing to expand our work teams at an important company.

We are a company focused on providing outsourcing solutions to more than 1500 clients throughout the national territory, with offices in Seville, Madrid, Valencia, Barcelona, and Bilbao.

Our staff is made up of more than employees and thanks to this growth, we also need to expand our HR team in the area of Personnel Administration.


  • Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and review of complete payroll cycles
  • Management of new hires and terminations, sick leave, variations, etc. Processing in the Social Security and Red System
  • Hiring of personnel:
Management of documentation, preparation of contracts and annexes, processing in Contrat

  • Resolution of labor issues for employees, such as payroll issues, settlements, sick leave, etc. and Employee Assistance Medical certificates, permits, pay slips, etc.
  • Monitoring of contract expiration dates
  • Maintenance of employee database, as well as physical and digital files.
  • We offer:
  • Fulltime position from Monday to Thursday, from 9 am to pm, and Fridays until 3 pm
  • Initial contract of 6 months + conversion to permanent contract
  • Salary to be determined based on experience and knowledge
