Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Specialist (all genders) in Treasury Corporate Finance & Treasury Risk Management to join our dynamic team.

You will be responsible for managing our company's cash and debt, optimizing our financial performance, and mitigating financial risks.

Manage our company's cash and financial assets, including shortterm investments, debt and equity financing, and foreign exchange transactions
Develop and implement treasury strategies to optimize our company's financial performance and minimize financial risks
Monitor and manage our company's global exposure to financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, and liquidity risk
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders
Identify and evaluate opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth through effective treasury management
Maintain relations with external stakeholders such as banks, rating agencies, law firms, and auditors, and internal stakeholders such as controlling, accounting, legal, and tax.
Monitor and analyze market trends and provide recommendations for adjustments to our financial strategies as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration is preferred
At least 5 years of experience in corporate finance and risk management, with a proven track record of success
Strong knowledge of financial markets and regulatory requirements
Knowledge of risk management methodologies and tools
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
