Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Specialist (all genders) in Treasury Corporate Finance & Treasury Risk Management to join our dynamic team.
- Manage our company's cash and financial assets, including shortterm investments, debt and equity financing, and foreign exchange transactions
- Develop and implement treasury strategies to optimize our company's financial performance and minimize financial risks
- Monitor and manage our company's global exposure to financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, and liquidity risk
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth through effective treasury management
- Maintain relations with external stakeholders such as banks, rating agencies, law firms, and auditors, and internal stakeholders such as controlling, accounting, legal, and tax.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and provide recommendations for adjustments to our financial strategies as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration is preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate finance and risk management, with a proven track record of success
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of risk management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
