We are looking for a

Financial Customer Service Agents - Netherlands (M/F/d)

in full-time or part-time in Berlin
or Münster with 80% Home Office

You create notifications based on open claims and contact the customers
You record and manage transactions for our customers using an accounting system
You will receive an intensive and qualified training
Student? Expert? Career changer? You are very welcome at Arvato
Whether spoken or written your knowledge of Dutch is fluent
You consider your very good communication skills in German or English as one of your strengths both spoken and written
You are open minded and friendly towards customers. You can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and processes
