A unique opportunity to join us as we launch a new concept from the ground up as part of Bräugier, a fast-growing Berlin-based craft brewery.
After successfully growing their first BrewPub in Prenzlauer Berg starting in 2019, Bräugier opened its second location in December 2021, a stunning 250 square meter restaurant & taproom directly at Ostkreuz station, Berlin's busiest train hub.
Since the launch, the kitchen has been run by Gully Burger (from the founders of Tiffin Berlin) on a temporary pop-up basis.
As part of the next phase of growth, Bräugier is building its own team to create its own food concept to complement our world class beers for an unmatched customer experience.
After a successful implementation, Bräugier's goal is to open additional taprooms. So this is a great opportunity to grow and advance as the company grows.Our culture:

Responsibilities:
Assisting in the food preparation process
Cooking and preparation of basic dishes (fries, nachos, etc.)
Assisting line cooks
Washing up, cleaning and clearing all kitchen areas
Unloading and putting away deliveries
Emptying bins, sweeping and mopping floors
Ensuring all equipment is clean and put away correctly
Deep cleaning fridges and store rooms to maintain sanitary and kitchen safety standards
Skills & Experience:
Ability to work in fast-paced, results driven corporate culture
Ideally, some first experience working in kitchens, but we are willing to train
An interest in craft beer
Fluent English is a must. German is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, able to work with all kitchen and restaurant staff
