Senior Product Owner ERP & Tools (w/m/d)

About the role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Owner who is not afraid to take charge and will lead the ERP implementation.

To succeed in this role, you should be a curious and hands-on Product Owner with a good technical understanding.

We seek somebody with both an incredible eye for detail and an ability to keep the big picture in mind and innovate.

What you'll do:

Lead the ERP implementation by supporting the selection process, gathering requirements, communicating to implementation partners, lead testing, release, scope of ongoing improvements and more.
With the stakeholders, select, implement and support multiple important accounting, management control, and HR tools.
Ensure continuous digitization of manual tasks in Finance & HR.
Align tools and digital processes with the overall strategy of the Finance & HR department.

What you'll need:

Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role especially with ERP solutions
You are an expert in designing and implementing digital solutions for Finance & HR
Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
Experience being very handson in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Crossfunctional skill set.
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work independently.
Fluency in English and German is required
