Your duties:

You support our recruiting team in the operative daytoday business by taking over the active sourcing part
You build a search strategy for active sourcing according to the recruiter's briefing of a job.

Your profile:

You are still enrolled as a student (f/m/x) for at least two semesters, preferably in the field of economics, humanities or business administration with a focus on human resources
Ideally, you can already show first internships or similar working student activities in recruiting as well as active sourcing in the IT, agency or digital environment
You are openminded, proactive and know how to set priorities through your independent and conscientious way of working
Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile
