As a Customer Care Representative (M/F/d), you will be at the forefront of our customer experience, actively engaging with customers and senders to build lasting relationships and address their unique needs.


  • You initiate phone calls and video calls to engage with customers in a proactive manner, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • You establish a positive rapport and build longterm relationships with healthcare professionals, understanding their specific challenges and providing tailored solutions.
  • You actively seek opportunities to uncover customer pain points and understand their unique needs, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
  • You follow up on incidents or customer requests within both internal specifications and externally promised service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring that every interaction is tracked and documented accurately within our CRM.
  • You conduct thorough conversations with customers to identify any challenges or issues they may be facing, actively listening and demonstrating empathy to understand their concerns and frustrations.
  • You troubleshoot problems and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the relevant teams, ensuring a seamless resolution for the customer.
  • You stay updated on product enhancements, new features, and industry trends to educate customers on their benefits, becoming a trusted advisor and resource for their needs.
  • You identify upselling opportunities based on customer needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of additional products or services, contributing to the growth of our business while providing additional value to our customers.
  • You maintain uptodate and accurate customer profiles and account information, ensuring that our records are comprehensive and reflect the latest interactions and preferences.

Requirements:


  • You have proven experience in customerfacing roles, preferably in the healthcare industry and are experienced in actively engaging with customers via phone calls and video calls.
  • You convince with your excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening skills and the ability to understand and empathize with customers.
  • You ability to connect with customers on an emotional level and understand their needs and challenges is exceptional and it helps you build and maintain longterm relationships with healthcare professionals. Your strong organizational and time management skills help you to prioritize customer interactions and followups.
  • You are proactive and selfdriven, which you show by proactively reaching out to customers to initiate conversations.
  • You are selfmotivated and able to work independently while achieving set goals. You also have the willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends.
  • Your familiarity with medical products, healthcare technologies, or relevant industry knowledge, makes you even more interesting to us.

  • You have an exceptional attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Your collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams shows that you are a teamplayer. Also it is important to share customer feedback and insights to improve products and processes.

Note:

While an academic background is not required, relevant experience and the ability to effectively communicate and engage with healthcare professionals are crucial for this role.
