As one of the leading Regional Coordination Centre (RCCs), we and our partners, provide integrated services to 16 electricity transmission system operators (TSOs) and their control centers in 12 European countries.

Our network security assessment and capacity calculation procedures, play an incremental role in securing the operational security of the European power system every hour of the day, around the clock.

    These tasks and challenges awaits you:**
  • Ensure efficient use of capabilities and high quality of delivered work through onboarding, coaching, monitoring and evaluating of the employee performance
  • Activly drive the initiative for service development within TSCNET and customers
  • Supervise operation of TSCNET's 24/7 software platform
  • Run and supervise TSC operational processes
  • Assess the quality of services
  • React on sudden issues and shortterm customer requests to improve service and data quality
  • Perform data quality analysis and collaborate with team members to improve service quality
  • Support in the development of strategic roadmaps
  • Participate in product trainings for customers
  • Collaborate with other regional security coordinators

You have the following experience and skills:***- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering with focus on Power Systems Engineering

  • 6+ years of experience in TSOs business or businesses related to TSOs
  • Strong knowledge of electrical power grid fundamentals and operation
  • Strong knowledge of electricity market principles including capacity calculation methodologies
  • Strong understanding of power system grid modelling, data formats used and loadflow analysis
  • Strong customer orientation and empathy
  • Excellent Analytical and problemsolving skills, experience in resolving of conflicts
  • Ability to build/maintain relationships to achieve team high performance
  • Openminded and willing to drive change
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A proactive, stress resilient personality and a selfdependent working style
