Project Bonus up to 250 €/month

27 days of holiday +

Relaxed working hours from Monday to Friday between 08:00 AM and 6:00 PM, no weekends

You have exactly what we need:
- Fluency in English (native level)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
- Previous customer service experience preferable
- Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands (Monday to Friday between 08:00 AM and 6:00 PM) no weekends
- Ability to work on owns initiative
- You enjoy learning and adopt knowledge easily
- You are empathetic and socially competent
- You can work from our office in Berlin
