SCM Planning Specialist (M/F/d)

Your Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of stock replenishment (forecast planning)
  • Management and coordination site material planning meeting.
  • Monitor and control materials supply events and ensure timely execution of supply plan.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, purchasing, QA, QC, PM and SCM team in China to ensure material supply to meet
requirements for projects

  • Coordinate with third party warehouse(s) to ensure timely and smooth material delivery
  • Monitor expiration date of materials and report inventory status on a regular basis
  • Supporting for deviation investigation, change control, CAPA tracking and SOP design/revision
  • Will be flexible to take on additional tasks and responsibilities at the discretion of the superior.

Your Profile

Education
Bachelor degree or above


Knowledge/Experience

  • Have good communication skill, can read and speak in both German and English
  • Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience with SAP material management.
  • Experience with VBA is preferred.

Personal skills

  • Be good at dealing with site coordination with multiple teams and complex work of multiple task lines.
  • Strong logical thinking and data analysis ability.
  • Pay close attention to details and regulatory compliance.
  • Good understanding of solutions to improve productivity and utilization efficiency
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to interact with personnel at various levels within the organization.
  • Good in both Germany and English speaking and writing.
