Corporate Security has been established within the Protection & Resilience department to anticipate, prepare for, respond to and recover from disruptions, emergencies or crises that could adversely impact our global employees, business operations and reputation.

These include, but are not limited to, cyber-attacks, pandemics, terrorism and natural disasters, to name just a few.

Within the Corporate Security section of Protection & Resilience we are looking for you:
Corporate Security Intern (Protection & Resilience).

You will support the team in ensuring Allianz Technology provides a safe and secure environment to its employees, as well as assist in building security and resilience across our global organization.

You will

Support the team in protective security and resilience program activities (e.g., protective security, emergency response management and crisis management).
Assist in specific projects to strengthen readiness & build resilience to disruptions, emergencies, and crises
Assist with the administration of tools relating to crisis response, safety and security
Gather data to analyze and assess the readiness & resilience of all Allianz Technology locations globally
Assist in ensuring followup actions emerging from exercises or real situations are being worked towards completion
Assist in monitoring and responding to incidents, emergencies and crisis situations when they occur
Track deliverables relating to protective security, emergency response management, and crisis management, as well as support project management
Assist in the creation of meaningful presentation slides for protection and resilience training as well as relevant governance committees
Other tasks in support of the team as and when required

Your skills

You have a strong interest in corporate security e.g. protective security, crisis management and emergency repsonse management
You are working towards a degree (bacehlor/master) within a relevant discipline
You have very good analytical skills
You are flexible and able prioritise to meet deadlines, sometimes under pressure
You are able to manage, interpret, organize and present data in a simple yet effective way
You enjoy working as part of a global team and are motivated for team success
You have excellent MS Office skills, particularly Powerpoint and Excel
You are fluent in English (written and spoken), German language skills are an advantage as well as other global languages
Prior experience in project management is desirable
You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in fulltime (38h/week)
