About the department

The Supply Chain & Customer Service department focuses on reliable and futureproof endtoend supply chain planning using digital tools and in close collaboration with the entire global organisation.
The position
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional for the position of Team Lead Supply Chain Planning and the associated area. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for the independent further development of the various processes, systems, and team members.
Your main tasks will also include:
Leadership and future development of the Supply Chain Planning & Data team
Ensuring the supply of goods through effective planning of supply and demand, in close coordination with other global supply chain departments
Responsible for the S&OE and S&OP processes
Initiation and management of projects in close cooperation with various functional areas
Responsibility for the continuous improvement of processes and systems in the area and for supply chain data, its use for analyses, dashboards, and decision templates for management

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a structured way of working, excellent interpersonal skills, a high willingness to learn and the ability to scrutinise things critically. We value people who want to continuously develop themselves.
In addition, you also bring:
Completed studies in economics or engineering or similar degree programmes relevant to the position
Several years of work experience in the field of supply chain management
Proven project management experience is an advantage
Initial experience in team leadership desirable
Experience in the development of digital tools
Fluency in English
