Job Description:


  • Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Identify and lead strategic projects with a resultoriented, pragmatic, and xfunctional team mindset
  • Partner with xfunctional SME to identify customer needs and build road map of prioritized future demand
  • Strongly support senior management in decisionmaking process within strategy and operational discussions with extensive Data Science understanding
  • Proactively develop and improve Frameworks, KPIs, Data Sources, Dashboards and be responsible for orchestrating the transformation of data into meaningful and actionable/business insights
  • Develop and collaborate with leadership to guide sales force effectiveness and sales KPI goals
  • Build and maintain network of service support and delivery across disease areas, franchises, and divisions (Pharma and Onco)

Key Performance Indicator (associated with Major Accountabilities):

  • Contribution to reach revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Successful strategic project development and implementation
  • Feedback from xfunctional team on collaboration and project/process improvement
  • Reliable and wellplanned investments of operating budget

Minimum Requirements:


  • Experience and passion for healthcare (or related) industry in strategy, market access, marketing, sales, and/or customerfacing roles
  • Min. 2 years strategy consulting experience
  • Ability to lead several projects at the same time with a pragmatic, collaborative, problemsolving mindset
  • Clear communication skills with ability to simplify complex content
  • Advanced analytic skills in Excel, Powerpoint, & data visualization tools
  • Experiences with CRM systems as analyst and/or enduser
  • Appreciation for crossfunctional /country work
  • Experience in remote relationships (onshore/offshore capability delivery)
