We - the Customer Engagement Solutions Team at Daiichi Sankyo Europe - are looking for an expierenced and dedicated CRM/CXM Product Owner joining our growing team of professionals.


At Daiichi Sankyo, we are on the cusp of establishing a seamless CRM/CXM system which is part of our ambition to implement an end-2-end digital backbone to enable, streamline and facilitate engagements with HCPs.

This includes storage of all relevant customer information, support of advanced analytics through harmonized, high quality customer data and to collect and allow analysis of customer feedback.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing our cutting-edge "Omnipresence" platform based on Microsoft Dynamics and not only drive the development and support our users in fully utilizing the system's potential, but also foster a culture of learning and collaboration.

Key responsibilities:


  • Omnipresence CRM

System Ownership:
Assume responsibility for the Omnipresence CRM/CXM System by defining the systems vision and strategy as well as effectively managing and optimizing its use

  • Backlog Management: Take charge of the product backlog, making sure it is consistently maintained and organized for maximum efficiency and value
  • Backlog Prioritization: Prioritize the backlog items based on the value they provide, ensuring that the most impactful items are always addressed first
  • Establish Business Relationships: Develop and maintain a positive and engaging relationship with various business units across Europe, ensuring productive and efficient communication
  • Vendor Communication: Maintain a fruitful and effective dialogue with the vendor to ensure our CRM system stays competitive and meets our unique needs
  • Support Collaboration: Work closely with support functions, ensuring that the CRM system is not only easy to maintain and support, but also aligns with the needs and requirements of these teams

Personal skills and professional experience:


  • University degree in a related field such as business, IT, or other disciplines
  • Experience as a Product Owner, particularly in the healthcare or technology sectors. Knowledge of software development processes, particularly CRM software is advantageous. Product Owner certification from recognized bodies like Scrum Alliance (CSPO, A-CSPO, CSP-PO) or (PSPO I, PSPO II, PSPO III) is highly desirable
  • Proven track record in managing a backlog/release plans and establishing clear priorities with business stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex ideas, manage expectations effectively, and navigate tradeoffs with various business stakeholders. Onsite and remote communication skills are essential, as is the proficiency in facilitating discussions using virtual whiteboards such as MIRO
  • Robust problemsolving skills, demonstrating the ability to drive solutions and make progress even when faced with challenges
  • High level of commitment, collaboration, and an integrative personality is essential, as is the ability to fit seamlessly into a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels
  • English proficiency (at least C1 level) is necessary in this multinational environment
  • Experience working in an international environment would be a strong advantage given the scope and scale of operations
