What you will do:
We offer a six-month limited contract within an attractive working environment and exciting tasks in the Liaison Management Team.
You will have the chance to gain a deep insight, especially in cross-organizational internal Success Story and external reference management liaison.
Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to support/lead transformation, people, and change management projects for Customer Engagement Support.Your assistance will be expected in the following matters:
- Liaison with different teams within the Cloud Success Services (CSS) Transformation, Change Management Team, HR, and the related CES teams
- Support and delivery of the CSS Customer Success Story Program
- Contribute to the SAP Innovation Award program
- Create transformation and change stories (e.g., articles, social media pages, blog posts, videos)
- Support various projects, especially people and change management as well as transformation initiatives
- Design communication assets (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, posters, flyers, illustrations)
What you bring:
- Computer skills: MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook ()
- Language skills: fluent written and spoken English skills, German is a plus
- Soft skills: the ability to work in a global team with multicultural nature, creative, focus on quality and results, open personality, and professional communication style, proactive
- Others: Previous experience in the area of communications, marketing, or project management is a plus
Meet the team:
The Liaison Management team is part of the Customer Engagement Support (CES) organization which strives to deliver centralized and integrated support to customer-facing roles within the Customer Success board area.
- By combining input from top-tier industry analysts and market forecasts, the team constantly analyzes global IT and market trends.
- Besides the Market & Trend Analysis, the Liaison Management team is part of the Analyst Relations Liaison, and therefore effectively manages interactions with key industry analysts.
- As the team leads the crossteam reference management liaison, they provide internal Success Story management, an extensive reference KPI framework for SAP Services & Support, and deliver several activities from reference reporting to reference tool optimization.
