Your Tasks:

Teaming with experienced managers, to source & hire suitable engineers and specialists, ensuring maximum technical and company culture match.
Support applicants into creating meaningful technical qualification profiles.
Support with creation, updating and administration of job advertisements.

About you:

Education in human resources, business psychology or other related skills; curiosity and affinity to technical contexts and people
Ideally a first experience in the field of recruiting within a competitive environment
Resilient & communicative, ambitious, a team player & have fun at work
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Analytical mindset and the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decisionmaking
Fluent in English. German is a plus & other European languages are an advantage
