In your new role you will:

  • Ensure that teams collaborate and live
    Agile values and principles, in a cross-site and multi-division interface setup
  • Be primarily responsible to serve the team
    guiding the selforganized adoption and tailoring of all processes that create customer value by turning ideas into working product
  • Facilitate that teams continually refine and converge
    scaled Agile / lean processes and practices as well as perform
    new team member upskilling:
  • Handle
    critical communication topics and
    solve problems on demand (impediments) while integrating as a team member in a
    cross-functional (software and hardware development teams), cross-site matrix organization:
  • Collaborate closely with product owners in
    identifying their stakeholders (stakeholder analysis) and
    managing risks and mitigations:
  • Orchestrate scrum teams and scaling teams in measuring their
    goals and KPIs across all deliverables and share
    success stories:

Setup of the appropriate scaling structures from product to portfolio

  • Communicate and work closely with
    other Agile coaches, product owners, line
    managers, technical leads around the globe **to ensure transparent process and practice exchange

With your diplomatic finesse and inspiring attitude, you can not only win over colleagues, but also customers and stakeholders to a scaled Agile mind-set.

Furthermore, you anticipate future scaling and Agile transformation needs and actively engage with other Agile coaches, line management and product owners on these needs.

Furthermore, you actively look for the ideal solution and engage in professional debates with the relevant people, instead of accepting mediocre compromises.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A degree in
    communications ,
    marketing ,
    business ,
    electronics engineering or other relevant fields
  • At least
    6 years of relevant experience in leading Agile teams, preferred in
    scaled scrum (e.g. LeSS or SAFe)
  • A
    first level scrum master certification , scaled Agile certification would be a plus
  • Outstanding
    communication and problemsolving techniques:
  • Proven
    track record in Agile methods and results (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, XP, LeSS, SAFe)
  • Experience being in
    multiple scrum teams in a variety of different countries with remote setups:
  • The ability to effectively work and collaborate in a
    fast-paced, multi-tasked, matrixed environment:
  • Familiar with
    software and hardware development in the area of chip design
  • Excellent
    English and German communication and negotiations skills
