What you will do:
- Research activities / systematic preparation of the legal situation (potentially all areas of law, affinity to energy law advantageous)
- Creation of templates and presentations
- Drafting of management/shareholder resolutions
- Review of NDAs and smaller contracts
- Participation in meetings of the Legal Department
What we are looking for:
- You share a passion for renewable energy and Law
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, proactive with the ability to work independently as well as in a team and achieve success together.
- Accuracy and attention to detail as well as solution and serviceoriented attitude.
- Fluency in German and English is a must, Spanish is highly desirable.
- Good skills in the use MS Office and IT affinity.
- Availability: 20 h/week
