Our software can already be found in Volkswagen ID. models and will soon power Audi and Porsche vehicles with the E3 1.2 platform in 2024.

YOUR TEAM:

Our "Connectivity Systems Engineering" team is looking for a working student to support on the following project: ConMod.

Our mission is to develop a unified connectivity platform to seamlessly connect the car and the customer, using various wireless technology.

We are responsible for taking care of the whole development process including defining the architecture of the hardware and software and developing functions.

These developed functions will be integrated into the device and various mobile networks all over the world.

Join our agile and interdisciplinary team to develop software solutions that will shape the future of Volkswagen Group.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Support the team in the area of system engineering and testing set ups
Create and maintain the system specifications and system architecture
Document the development status (e.g. in Jira, CodeBeamer, Confluence)
Implement and document the SW Acceptance Test for the communication module

WHO YOU ARE:

Enrolled student in the area of automotive

- (electronic
- or software-) engineering or equivalent field

Demonstrated interest in embedded linux system and connectivity ( ie. mobile communication, WLAN)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical understanding, proactiveness and flexibility
Fluent in English (oral and written). German would be beneficial
Proactive mindset and the ability to work in a team
