Our client is looking to hire a Visa Application Coordinator to join their fast-developing Visa, Passport and Travel team in Frankfurt, Germany.
This role does not require any prior experience as full training with be provided. This position is a full-time permanent, office-based role.Skills required for the Visa Application Coordinator position:
- Fluent English and German language skills, both verbal and written
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow process and procedure
- Relationship building skills
- Research and administration
- Great attention to detail
- Advanced computer and technology skills
- Time management and organisation
Duties of the Visa Application Coordinator include but are not limited to:
- To deliver professional advice and guidance to customers
- To serve as the dedicated point of contact
- To provide regular updates of timeline to clients and customers
- To collect documentation and paperwork as required
- To maintain compliance
