You will be part of our Strategy & Operations team and be responsible for developing and maintaining a reporting framework for our global SaaS Customer Success Management (CSM) team across Siemens Digital Industries Software.

The Strategy & Operations Team focuses on the implementation of customer success management programs and processes.

In this role, you will work with customer success management indicators and IT systems, will define a reporting structure, dashboard, and KPIs, and pull everything together to intelligently operate and work with our Customer Success Organization on all its SaaS products.

Operational involvement in current and upcoming Program Management for Customer Success Management (CSM)
Support implementing business reporting into CRM systems, including Salesforce
Direct involvement in the support and further development of internally used Salesforce solutions
Bridge the efforts between our operations, financial, and CSM team to develop regional CSM performance controlling
Generate businessrelevant reports and dashboards inside of our CRM solution
Assist with identifying patterns in customer data and use them for data quality, data analytics, CSM success strategies
Support CSMs with documentation and rollout of business process and metric definitions

How do you become part of our team? With a lot of drive and passion

Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or computer science, or equivalent interests
Analytics, communication, and presentation skills (verbally / technically)
Creative; structured and the ability to understand, evaluate, and analyze complex figures and processes
Good command MS Office skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Work ethic toward change management and datadriven business decisions
Knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI, MS SharePoint & SAP knowledge is a plus
