WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Be the sole point of contact for BCG X EMESA with BCG for all HR activities: taking over from rest of P&D team to liaise with local BCG HR and ensure consistency of information, system update, compliance with local legislation
- Employee onboarding and Departure
- Mobility
- LOA
- Data structure and maintenance
YOU'RE GOOD AT:
- Liaise with core BCG HR locally to be always up to date on any changes (EVP, local policies )
- Ensuring smooth management between BCG X EMESA and BCG EMESA on HR topics
- Best in class & seamless people experience for our individuals and for our counterparts within BCG
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to perform successfully in a fastpaced, global, intellectually intense, serviceoriented environment, keeping with BCG's values and culture
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop effective working relationship with staff while demonstrating a positive, personal and professional image
- Flexible team player with a cando attitude; respond to requests with a sense of urgency
- Must perform well under pressure and take initiative; ability to tolerate ambiguity
- Strong organizational skills and good time management; keen attention to detail Strong oral and written English language communication skills
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4+ years of relevant work experience
YOU'LL WORK WITH:
- P&D BCG X EMESA team
- Local HR in all EMESA systems with X presence
