The Role

Your Responsibilities in Detail

Train and mentor team members in PPC best practices, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and learning.
Drive the execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives and market trends.
Act as a role model, demonstrating advanced skills in campaign management and optimization.
Oversee the strategy and execution of Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
Conduct advanced bidding optimization to maximize campaign performance and efficiency.
Leverage and enhance thirdparty bidding tools and technologies for sophisticated campaign management.
Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with SOPs related to PPC operations.
Understand and implement brands' technical requirements, supporting PPC managers in the best ways of campaign execution.
Identify opportunities for process automation, acting as a partial product owner for campaign structuring processes.

Your Background
To join our team, you bring along

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years' experience in Amazon PPC management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Expert knowledge of Amazon's advertising platform, campaign management, and optimization strategies.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop highperforming teams.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a track record of achieving significant ROI.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration and driving change.
