Your Team

At AGCS our Human Resources department has an in-depth understanding of the business, to deliver a best-in-class support to our managers.

We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to complete our HR team in Munich.

The Impact You Will Have

In this role you will play a vital role in steering the implementation of strategic HR projects (global and regional) and driving operational excellence in the HR organization.

At the same time, you act as an HR Business Partner ensuring the smooth-running and excellence of all HR processes for our customers.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include

Developing endtoend strategies to support the business in a sustainable way and assessing the HR implications of the business strategy to design solutions
Partnering with the business and acting as strategic advisor
Executing HR programs and running HR processes (eg. rewards, performance, grading, talent, development, recruiting, reorganization, etc.) together with the business
Offering advice and coaching to managers and staff on employee relations topics
Representing the business to the rest of the HR community. Collaborating with HR peers and experts on programs and initiatives by providing an organizationspecific perspective
Acting as a trusted contact person for the Works Council bodies

What You'll Bring to the Role

At least 6 years of relevant HR experience in a global organization, including experience with employee representative bodies and knowledge of German labor and employment law
Able to work in a matrix and virtual team environment supporting multiple locations
Experience with driving projects and delivering on joint objectives across entities of a large organization
Experience with managing organizational change, including restructuring and transformation programs with a global scope
Good communication skills and fluency in German and English
Ability to maintain and build relationships and network with customers at all levels, including Senior Management
Ability to negotiate, often in difficult situations, and steer discussions to a desired end
Autonomy and a cando attitude
Bachelor / Master's degree in law, business, psychology, or related field
