Your duties:

As a Salesforce Product Owner with focus Case / Service Cloud (all genders), you will be responsible for strategic alignment und consulting regarding Salesforcebased solutions for our customers and for the further development and operation of the Salesforce Clouds.
On an operational level, you will take over business consulting in projects and maintain a proactive knowledge transfer with the relevant interfaces (sales, marketing, strategy) in order to achieve the best possible result.
You take care of requirements engineering with regard to the analysis, modeling and redesign of customer experience processes, components and systems.
For the continuous improvement and support of the Salesforce environment, you always coordinate with our customers and the implementation teams and actively pass on your knowledge.

Your profile:

You are enthusiastic about agile project structures and a modern technology stack; it is important for you to be uptodate regarding new releases in the Salesforce environment.

You have min. 4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the SAFe environment or in an agile automotive context.

You have relevant Service Management and Service Process experience with the following Salesforce solutions: Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

You already have one of the Salesforce Administrator certifications.
One of the Salesforce Certified Consultant (SFCCxx) certifications would also be desirable.

You have excellent communication and presentation skills, are proactive and enjoy providing high-quality consulting services to customers.

Desirable, but not a must:
A successfully completed degree in business informatics/science with a focus on IT.

Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
