Ihre Rolle in unserem Team:

Operate Q-Tasks in production site Bad Saulgau:
Measuring + laboratory (material + paint)
Product audit (check + moderation)
Internal and external initial sampling
Cross Company claims
Incoming goods inspection and supplier claim management
Operate and support failure management in production and manage nonconforming products
Reflecting customer quality feedback and implementation of actions to improve quality level in customer perspective
Initiate quality improvements in order to achieve strategic (long term) and budget (short term) Qtargets set by Service Function Manufacturing Quality
Support Global Quality Management Expert Networks
Implement common standards for processes, systems (DQM) and tools with local adaptations
Support Global Quality Excellence in terms of Management System acc. ISO 9001 (Matrix) and / or other local certified systems
Actively support Q-Tasks in SQM Site

Ihr Profil:

Technical university degree required (e.g. mechanical engineering)
5 or more years of experience in leading a department (functional and disciplinary leadership)
5 or more years of experience in quality management and its different areas (quality in manufacturing, at suppliers and in engineering)
Experience in production processes of components and finished customer machines
Knowledge of relevant quality methods required (Risk analysis, detailed 8D process steps, failure management in production, initial sample process)
Fluent German and English communication skills required
Collaboration skills to enable crossfunctional problem solving
