We are looking for an

intern for Event Management, who will prepare and orchestrate memorable events, meetings, and customer visits at our Steelcase Learning + Innovation Center in Munich.

You and the team are designing great experiences that help to win business through relationship-building activities with our guests and business partners.

What You Will Be Doing:

You and the team are taking care about organizational requirements, such as invitation management, hospitality, catering, technology, transportation, hotel management, facility equipment and more.

Your Future Team:

You will be a member of the Steelcase Learning + Innovation Center Customer Experience Team. In your new role you will regularly collaborate with colleagues from Facility Management, Brand Communication, and IT. Furthermore you are going to work with our onsite catering service, with fitters and external experts in technology.

Required Skills and Competencies_
You should be talented in communication as you will connect with many guests and colleagues. You are characterized by a friendly and openminded appearance and life the "hands on" mentality. We appreciate your excellent organizational skills and structured way of working.
Preferred Skills and Competencies_
Ideally, you have already gained experience in the field of event management or similar positions.
