Centered around emotion - the smell of a morning coffee, the warmth of a coffee cup, the social interaction and conversations shared over a coffee, the smile of the barista we're making high-quality coffee radically more accessible.
We're looking for an Operational Excellence Lead to join our team to ensure flawless execution across all our current and future locations.
You will implement scalable best practices and develop a culture of continuous improvement across all LAP locations.About the role
As the Operational Excellence Lead you're responsible to bring operational excellence to all our cafés:
Continuous Improvement:design and live a culture of continuous improvement in all LAP stores.
Process Implementation: implement lean operational processes across multiple sites to simplify operations, improve quality, consistency, and taste while reducing waste, costs and waiting times.

Data Driven Decisions: gather data to generate actionable insights into the operations to drive change and improvement across all LAP locations.

Barista Utilization: identify levers to improve barista workflow and increase barista utilization.

Customer Service: work closely with coffee and branding teams to guarantee best in class customer service and experience in store.

Compliance: ensure all food safety and compliance standards are met and exceeded.

About you

Industry Experience: Multiple years of professional experience in the F&B industry. Startup experience is a major plus.

Multi site experience:You are familiar with implementing operational excellence across multiple sites.

Lean Operations Experience: you're familiar with lean operations and continuous improvement. Kaizen and Six Sigma is a plus.

Communication:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are energized by working with people.

Speed is your nature:Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and busy environment. You are reliable, committed and independent.
- Full fluency in English is mandatory. German is a strong plus.
