Your Role- Co-shape AI policies and guidelines at ZEISS (e.g. CSOPs) in collaboration with our Responsible AI committee and team, Cyber Security and Legal experts by providing expert knowledge input and real-life requirements from agile squads Serve as pacemaker during the execution of the entire (Gen)AI approval process and touchpoints with CIT & CLP to accelerate the implementation and launch of new GenAI solutions within the ZEISS group- Act as a dedicated link between the Responsible AI committee, Cyber Security and Legal departments and agile delivery teams to ensure policies and guidelines are adhered to and implemented correctly in ZEISS (Gen)AI productsYour Profile- Excellent university degree, preferably in legal studies, natural sciences, engineering, informatics or business- Several years of experience, preferably in management consulting or in digital transformation project management in B2B industry or IT consulting- Experience with the EU AI Legislature (AI Act) in the context of operationalizing it within project squads and a large corporate setting- Ideally, knowledge and experience of the particularities of foreign AI legislature, in particular those of the USA and PR China- Basic understanding with Agile and DevOps methodology, attributes and skills- Fluent in English- Proven ability to interact with interdisciplinary and international teams our Profile
