This position is part on the Productivity and Asset Management Initiatives.


The team is responsible to control the asset management and productivity measures from Business Units and Corporate, supporting the asset management and productivity teams and is responsible for the productivity methodology governance including update / maintenance and inquiries from the community.

  • Contributes to the analysis, development, implementation and adaptation of respective guidelines, procedures and tools.
  • Sets up and maintains the used tool (e.g., One PumaWeb) and related documents for assigned area of responsibility.
  • Supports the definition and target setting of asset management and productivity and performance indicators.
  • Continuously tracks costdriven, assetoptimizing and salesincreasing productivity actions and performance indicators and supports management and functions, regarding evaluation and interpretation of progress and results. Conducts reviews to ensure completeness and correctness of productivity actions.
  • Ensures a consequent followup on lessons learned and shares best practices.
As Asset Management and Productivity Professional you will support and fulfill the following tasks:

  • Define and document company wide Asset Management, Productivity and Synergy methodology
  • Develop and complement the methodology
  • Coordinate the definitions with the different stakeholders
  • Training new people / new topics, control the process for collecting the improvement measures
  • Promote maximizing the improvement potential across the company. Assure the quality and methodology compliance for the top measures
  • Challenge the community to seek for more measures or additional potential
  • Promote the cross company knowledge and experience sharing
  • Measures consistency checking and coordinate the overall reporting
  • Generate numeric reports from the system as well as necessary graphical reporting
  • Perform review sessions with community
  • Encourage BUs to assure consistency with financial projections and coordinate with them
  • Provide support for Forecasts and Budgets
What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for

  • BA-MA Finance, Economics and Management
  • Business Management Administration
  • More than 5 years relevant experience
  • Advanced level of English, other languages are a plus
  • Preferably with a background in renewable energy
