Your tasks and responsibilities

Together with the engineering team, you will be responsible for continuously improving product development. Other than that, you will...
- create tickets, organize sprints, and proficiently navigate the Scrum framework to guarantee the smooth progression of projects.
- identify possible obstacles, maintain the backlog and ongoing pipeline to ensure effective implementation so that the sprint goals are achieved.
- provide expert coaching to the team through a collaborative environment that maximizes efficiency and embraces the principles of Scrum.
- process and prioritize all requests in close collaboration with the Management and Product Owner.
- act as a dynamic interface, facilitating seamless communication among multiple development teams, ensuring crucial updates are conveyed to management and the product owner effectively.
- create transparent communication and knowledge exchange within and across development teams, promoting synergy and coordination.

Your skillset

You are the perfect match if you.
- have a university degree in management, computer science or a comparable field of study.
- have already gained professional experience as a Scrum Master in agile projects.
- count communication skills as one of your character traits.
- have experience in leading teams.
- work in a team
- and customer-oriented way.
- must have a very good command of English in spoken and written language (German is a big plus)
