Airbus has launched its new industrial concept by merging all aerostructures
assembly activities of Airbus Operations and Premium Aerotec in Germany into a new Airbus company "Airbus Aerostructures". The new ASA will focus on improving its competitiveness and technological readiness to enable the next-gen aircraft programs by 2025


Your location
You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Coordination of ME portfolio in ASA and PAG Industry ME including competitiveness projects
  • Definition and implementation of Airbus Aerostructures ME competence strategy
  • Consolidation of ME digitalization initiatives
  • Definition and implementation of ME Change activities
  • Definition and management of Manufacturing Engineering Strategic Supplier Services

Desired skills and qualifications

  • A university degree in a relevant field of study
  • 23 years of work experience
  • Experience in Project management and in an Operationsnear environment (Production, ME, Engineering, Logistics or Quality)
  • Strong communication and networking skills and willingness to learn, grow, adapt and transform yourself and our organization
  • Business fluency in English and German
