An unserem Standort der Airbus Aerostructures in Bremen ist zum nächstmöglichen Starttermin eine Position als Einkäufer (m/w/d) zu besetzen. Sie werden Teil der Abteilung "KPMM - Metallic Material Procurement".

Die Aufgabe unserer Abteilung besteht in kommerziellen und strategischen Beschaffungsaktivitäten. Darüber hinaus konzentrieren Sie sich auf die Konsolidierung der Materialbedarfe für ein konzern-internes Ausschreibungsverfahren.

Aufgabeninhalte:

Der Schwerpunkt der Tätigkeit liegt in der Bearbeitung, Organisation und Weiterentwicklung des konsolidierten Bieterverfahrens für metallische Materialien "ConBid"
Durchführung von Beschaffungsaktivitäten und Verwaltung von Material

- und Materialdienstleistungslieferanten

Beziehungsmanagement zu Lieferanten und Durchführung von Projekten zur Optimierung des Kundennutzens bei gleichzeitiger Minimierung der Gesamtbetriebskosten und Risiken
Tragen Sie zur Definition der Materialstrategie von Airbus Aerostructures bei
Teil der multifunktionalen/multidivisionalen Teams entlang der gesamten Lieferkette für metallische Materialien
Sicherstellung der Überwachung wichtiger Leistungsindikatoren
Verträge mit Lieferanten überwachen und ausführen
Arbeiten im Einklang mit den Unternehmens/Programmanforderungen (z. B. Exportkontrolle).

Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen:

Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Kenntnisse der Materialbedarfsplanung und des Materialbeschaffungsprozesses erforderlich
Kenntnisse über kommerzielle Beschaffungsverträge und prozesse erforderlich
Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
Proaktives und logisches Herangehen an neue Herausforderungen und Fähigkeit, in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld zu arbeiten
Verhandlungssicher in Englisch und Deutsch
Bereitschaft zu einigen Geschäftsreisen

A vacancy for a Buyer (M/F/d) has arisen within Airbus Aerostructures in Bremen at the earliest possible start date. You will join the department "KPMM - Metallic Material Procurement".

The mission of our department is on commercial and strategic procurement activities. You will additionally focus on the consolidation of material demands for an intercompany bidding process.

Your tasks:

The primary responsibility is to manage and develop the Metallic Material Consolidated Bidding Process "ConBid"
Contribute to the sourcing activities, manage material

- and material-service suppliers

Managing the day to day relationships with suppliers and running projects to optimize customer value, while minimizing total cost of ownership & risks
Securing the monitoring of key performance indicators
Contribute to define Airbus Aerostructures commodity strategy
Being part of the Multifunctional/Multidivisional teams all along the Metallic Material Supply Chain
Monitor and execute contracts with suppliers
Guide all company stakeholders throughout the contract life cycle to ensure suppliers deliver expected performance
Work in accordance within Company/Program requirements (e.g. Export Control)

Required Qualification

Educated to degree level in Business Administration, Logistic, Engineering with strong business orientation or similar field of study
Knowledge of material demand planning
Knowledge of procurement contracts and processes required
Knowledge of commercial context
Project management skills
Cando attitude and able to work in an interdisciplinary environment
Negotiation level of English and German
Willingness for some business travels
