What we do in platform experience
We are building the foundation to become the leading proptech platform in Europe.

The internal services we provide connect the different product areas and provide the best tooling for our internal departments who are in contact with our customers daily.

This contains back office processes to manage classifieds and leads, client and user data management, moderation and fraud detection, and client onboarding.


Job Description:


WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN:

  • Connect different services and tools to create a coherent journey for our internal and external customers.
  • Identify potential optimizations in our processes which connect different local teams in France, Germany and Belgium with crossEuropean product teams and help them to exchange the right information across the user journeys.
  • Help to identify new opportunities to enhance our services and provide the best possible experience to our customers.
  • Work closely with different stakeholders across Europe and involve them in finding solutions that make a difference from various points of view.
  • Map complex processes to harmonise them and increase clarity on the status quo as well as the weak spots.
  • Drives user centricity across all layers and convinces others to focus on the user needs while creating solutions.

Qualifications:


AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS:


  • Thought services beyond digital interfaces and worked across various teams to connect them toward a standard solution
  • Used various data sources to inform decisions.
  • Proven ability to facilitate workshops and other collaborative formats to cocreate services with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Optimised services end to end
  • Strong knowledge of service design methods such as Journey maps, ecosystem maps, business model canvas and service prototyping.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Service Design, Design, UX, CX or related field.
  • Strong communication in English (spoken and written).
