A Snapshot of Your Day


Being part of the Customer Operations and Engagement Team, the successful adoption of our digital products by our customers is on top of your agenda.

After our team daily, where we quickly exchange about the most important team activities of the day, you will work on process automation topics today.

Together with the Operations team, you identify new use cases to be implemented in an automated matter.

Your colleagues ask you, to implement an automated series of notifications of IoT devices turn offline, notifying the customer and the Operations team about the case and to trigger required actions.

In the afternoon, you work with our platform team on the data management and metrics. You will improve the operations dashboard, tracking the latest KPIs like connected devices, active users and engagement rates.

You identify a positive trend in the number of user logins since the last update, which you feedback and discuss with the product managers and product owners.


How You'll Make an Impact

  • Responsibility for setting up processes for Customer Operations and Customer Success Management
  • Working closely with the Customer Operations team to identify operational requirements for Customer Success Management
  • Consulting on the tooling landscape of Siemens Energy for the aspects on Customer Data Management (e.g. CRM tools, support/ticketing tools, marketing automation, customer data platform)
  • Defining requirements of the product to enable an effective customer data monitoring and analytics
  • Defining automated support processes for scaling the IoT and Edge business

What You Bring

  • Completed your university degree in computer science, mechanical
- or electrical engineering or comparable education

  • Longterm experience and proven success record in similar roles driving new digital portfolio and digital transformation.
  • Experience with data management, process automation, and corresponding software, both from a user perspective and project implementation perspective
  • Strongly solution oriented and customer centric mindset, eager to learn about new technologies
  • You are thrilled by new technologies, you have profound understanding of IoT, digitalization and automation and you keep an eye on the latest developments in this space
  • Since you worked in an international environment, you communicate fluently in English (mandatory), German is a plus
